Honestly nothing too much trouble. Large and updated room, clean bathroom. The location unbeatable and exceptionally nice in the middle of jackson.

It was a well-maintained hotel in a pretty quiet area, near to local attractions as well as supermarkets.

The bathroom was immaculate and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. I spilled a drink on the carpet and called housekeeping; they responded quickly and efficiently and the stain was gone within an hour. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a storage and an iron. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location of the hotel was particularly good and convenient, to the restaurant next door.

We really appreciated the front desk staff holding our reserved room when we were late, even calling to check on us. The location was very close to downtown and other attractions such as Natural Bridge State Park and the drive-through safari. Parking right in front of the room made it easy to come and go. The bedrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We liked this budget hotel. The location was MARVELLOUS and comfortable, just off Lexington, VA on a house-hunting trip as well as good restaurants and attraction. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Well-maintained hotel, I had a very nice stay. The room I booked was convenient and wonderful with microwave, 2 queen beds. The property's location was favourable, short walk to downtown Lexington, where there is a lot of restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes, supermarkets and good restaurants and attraction.
